A few things:

1- Membership Fees. Really important for you and the club to get this done. We need to register all players with Hockey Wales asap as this provides insurance also. (Quarter of the team so far is paid up - thanks!). Open this document for details how to do this if you get stuck.

2- Training this Sunday (2nd October). I have booked the Swansea pitch for an additional session 9-10am. Whilst the sun is out, it is a great time to play! Weather for Sunday says Sunshine :-). Please bring along £2 to contribute to the pitch hire if you can.

3- Barcelona. We now have enough to enter a team. I will do some more checking in terms of the practicalities and drop out a note to those who have let me know their interest already.

4- Websites/Social Media/Email etc. Im hoping to use the Pitchero site for most things this year. All Club information will come through the website and be published to the club facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/swanseacityhc/

I will also drop team specific updates into the GU13 Facebook group (please ask to join and I will accept): https://www.facebook.com/groups/1540953252861538/

If you can set your profile to receive emails, that will likely help you get the information timely. I promise not to bombard!

5- Next match: 16th October at Home (Ashleigh Road) 9.15 meet. Pitchero allows you to set your availability for each fixture (through the website or in the iPhone app). Please can you do this so I can see who is available. Any problems let me know.

6- Goalkeeping: If any of the girls wants to try this, ask them to let me know. Maddie Hinch has showed the world her GK skills for Team GB this year - perhaps the next Maddie is here at Swansea!

7- Kit. Danny has a couple of samples so far as I understand. Will try and get these down for Sunday, else next Thursday.
