Conrad has played hockey since school and was Vice-Captain at the University of Hertfordshire.He has played club level hockey for Staines & St Albans before joining Swansea Mens hockey in 2006.
He has represented Wales at Masters Hockey level having played in the Home Nations tournaments at two age groups.
